OPEN EVENT: Large Scale Pig Manure Test

We invite you to join us on our open day where you will learn about how farming Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) can upcycle pig manure!

During the open event, there will be presentations, tours and of course time for networking.

Here is what you can expect from the day:

• Network with pig farmers, policy makers, organic waste producers, BSF industry leaders and researchers and more.
• Delve into the current challenges of pig farmers
• Learn the basics concepts of BSF farming and see them in action, feeding on pig manure to upcycle it into high-value materials
• Get an overview about the process involved in running a BSF farm and tour of how it looks
• Learn about the cost and potential revenues of a BSF farm using pig manure as a feed.
• Understand the challenges and roadblocks to implementing BSF as a solution for pig manure, and how we can work to move past them.
